Join the GWP protest of Sam Bankman-Fried’s sham bail bond, demanding that his bond be revoked.

Sam Bankman-Fried’s $250 million appearance is the largest in Bond America history. But, no cash was exchanged for his release from house arrest, only his Stanford law professor parents and two of their Stanford faculty colleagues promised that he would not flee the country. The bail conditions were, by any measure, exceptionally lenient. Furthermore, the bond does not fit the bill of the biggest financial crime in American history. A first-year law student would have crafted a more appropriate and restrictive bond than the trial of SDNY Judge Lewis Kaplan and US District Attorney Damian Williams.
SBF Signal pushed the boundaries of its release by contacting a former employee via encrypted messaging, which constitutes witness tampering. She also used a VPN service that provided her online privacy and anonymity through a private network. He has unlimited access to his unsuspecting parents’ computers and phones. Psychopaths are naturally irresponsible and not bound by rules or laws.
SBF and his attorneys appeared before Judge Kaplan in the Southern District of New York on Thursday for an hour-long hearing on bail conditions. Judge Kaplan ordered SBF’s attorneys and the DOJ to tighten the bail restrictions. Why would his defense attorneys have any say in bail restrictions? SBF released instead of going to jail. “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”
We have a voice objecting to SBF’s preferential treatment by filing SDNY court objections recorded in the public case docket. Below is an example filed by a citizen whose name and address have been corrected
Gateway Pundit encourages you to write Judge Kaplan and demand that SBF be jailed until his scheduled trial on October 2, 2023. Please refer to the case number and send your protest, preferably first class mail with a tracking number or certified mail. Send to the address below.
