The White House announced over the weekend that former President Barack Obama’s press adviser, Ben LaBolt, has been promoted to White House communications director.
In doing so, however, they reveal their focus on selecting people for senior roles in the administration.
“Ben is making history,” White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre proudly announced to reporters.
“As you know, we believe, here in the Biden-Harris White House, that representation is important,” he continued. “He will be the first openly gay communications director, which is really important.”

Ben Laboldt is gay – and that’s what matters
Karine Jean-Pierre’s comments about Labolt’s hiring surprised many viewers. Why is it important for a ‘communications director’ to be openly gay? Not just gay, but openly gay.
It’s a mystery.

Worse, it was once illegal to hire or not hire people based on their race, gender or sexual orientation.
Instead, you have the White House proudly proclaiming the importance of being gay for a very important and highly paid position from the briefing room for all the world to hear.
No one cares what they…
They think about people capable of doing their jobs.

Can you imagine if a Republican president was making a new hire and their press secretary announced that the person was heterosexual which was ‘very, very important’?
LaBolt, don’t get me wrong, has the overall qualifications to work for a Democrat administration. But how many straight people were passed over for jobs because they didn’t meet the desired demographic?
If someone else is hired and an ‘openly gay’ candidate is passed over, you can bet a lawsuit will be filed for violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Awesome! Because hiring someone for being gay has worked so well for the Department of Transportation,

Diversity Higher Administration
If anyone knows about unqualified diversity fare, it’s Karin Jean-Pierre. He’s an idiot savant, minus the savant part.
Every day, he shuffles his way around the podium, giant binder in hand to guide him even as he fails to answer basic questions. Recently, he has struggled with the word ‘Canada’.
Karine Jean-Pierre said the US military fired an object over Canada “because it’s part of NORAD. There’s, oh, NORAD is like a part, part of a—it’s a, it’s a, what you call, an alliance, a consortium.”
“We’ve clearly done that in step with Canada.” pic.twitter.com/X1CmWnR2ns

In a sane world, Jean-Pierre would not send messages on behalf of the leader of the free world. But he’s black, he’s a woman, and he’s gay. And that is really very, very important.
Speaking of ‘women’ we now have a sitting Supreme Court Justice who cannot define what a woman is because she is not a biologist.
Sen. Marsha Blackburn: “Can you give a definition of the word woman?”
Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson: “I can’t… I’m not a biologist.”
— Benny Johnson (@BennyJohnson) March 23, 2022
Ketanji Brown Jackson doesn’t know what a woman is, but she now sits on the highest court in the land. Why? Because President Biden publicly advertised that he would nominate them to the court based on skin color and gender. It has to be a black woman.
which is discriminatory. and invalid.
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg also checks the right box for diversity fares. Sure he drives white as snow, but damn he’s gay, and that’s what matters.
In fact, he’s so super-woke that he took almost two months off on paternity leave when America’s supply chain was in crisis. How does that fare work out?
Supply chain issues remain. flight cancelled. Train derailed.
Speaking at a conference this morning, Buttigieg made no mention of the Ohio train derailment but did find time to say that there are many white people who work in construction. pic.twitter.com/q4WNcq10h9

Vice President Kamala Harris was chosen to run with Biden because of the optics she provides. And he continues to deliver material that would be absolutely hilarious if it weren’t so tragic.

Buttigieg, Harris, Jackson and Jean-Pierre are borderline incompetent in their handling of the work. These were selected exclusively based on certain characteristics. And they all fail.
Best of luck to Labault. Let’s hope he doesn’t fall into the same category of failed diversity recruits.
