Former DNI and liar James Clapper says he never called Hunter’s laptop Russian

Spies who lie: This is the New York Post The cover says it all.

In October 2020 – just days before the presidential election – 51 former intelligence officers signed and published a letter that baselessly denied the contents of Hunter’s ‘laptop from hell’ as “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

It was a lie. They all knew it was a lie.

In March, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) introduced a House resolution that would revoke security clearances from dozens of federal intelligence officials who signed letters declaring the infamous Hunter Biden laptop as “Russian paraphernalia.” Rigged 2020 elections.

But now Americans will finally see justice.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) told Newsmax in November that Rep. Jim Jordan and the Judiciary Committee want to interview the 51 intelligence officials who signed the letter before the 2020 election saying Hunter Biden’s laptop was a Russian distraction.

Now 51 is scared and walks back to their lie about Hunter’s laptop.

James Clapper now says he never suggested Hunter Biden’s laptop was a Russian distraction.

Of course, this is a false and signed letter listing his name along with 51 dishonest and untrustworthy intelligence officers.

The New York Post reported:

A key signer of the open letter that falsely suggested the Post’s bombshell reporting on Hunter Biden’s emails was part of a “Russian information operation” has accused Politico of distorting “what we said” — more than two years after the fact.

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper on Monday sought to downplay the growing controversy over the letter he and 50 other former spooks signed in October 2020 after The Post first revealed the existence of the son’s infamous laptop.

Their public statements, now the subject of investigations by the Republican-led House Judiciary and Intelligence committees, were first reported by Politico and later seized upon by then-candidate Joe Biden.

Clapper told the Washington Post, “The message was distorted. “All we were doing was raising a yellow flag that this could be Russian confusion. Politico deliberately distorted what we said. This was clear in paragraph five.”
