The Canadian Independent captured an interesting moment between two players at a World Series of Poker event in 2022. A player regrets getting the COVID vaccine and has complained of chest pain since receiving it
Player One: “I wish I never got the vaccine.”
Player Two: “What is it?”
Running: Hersch on Nord Stream invasion: “Fear was Europe would walk away from war”
Player One: “I wish I never got the vaccine.”
Player Two: “I never did… until…”
Player One: “I’ve had chest pains ever since I got that thing.”
Player Two: “Really? You still have it?”
Player One: “Yeah, from time to time. And they say it hardens the arteries if you get it…I’ll have to go check it out. But since then, dude… it’s weird.”
Player Two: “That’s terrible. I wasn’t even a month ago.”
Player One: “Is that right? Then why did you come all of a sudden?”
Player Two: “Because I wanted to play in the World Series.”
Player One: “But they didn’t have that guide…yet.”
Player Two: “Excuse me?”
Player One: “They didn’t have that…”
Player Two: “But as a foreigner you can’t go to the US right now…”
