Five Chinese nationals were recently detained by the US Border Patrol after illegally entering the US through Mexico.
Fox News Correspondent Bill Melugin The news broke on Twitter and reported that five Chinese nationals had illegally entered Mission, Texas where they would later turn themselves into Border Patrol authorities.
Melugin will write Border Patrol agents have seen a “surge” of Chinese nationals entering the United States through Mexico in recent months.

A week ago, the Texas Department of Public Safety arrested three Chinese nationals after they illegally entered the United States through the southern border.

Three Chinese nationals reportedly paid the traffickers $35,000 each to help them get to the mission in Texas.

This is not the first time that Chinese nationals have been caught crossing the southern border.
Gateway Pundit previously reported that the US Border Patrol arrested more than 1,657 Chinese nationals in 2020.
