Canadian justice sides with Trudeau and rules could be used to repeal War Act

And just like that – we lost Canada.

An “independent” public inquiry into the Trudeau government’s decision to invoke never-before-used emergency legislation to quash trucker protests in 2022 was deemed an acceptable use of government force.

Freedom Trucker protest in Canada

Thousands of Canadians exercised their God-given right in 2022 to seek redress for the Trudeau government’s tyrannical policy of forced experimental vaccines on Canadian workers.

Trudeau and his regime later jailed protest leaders, seized protester bank accounts, and expelled people who had donated to protests against government tyranny.

Justice Paul Rouleau ruled that it was acceptable for Trudeau to use government police to quell protests and force workers to take vaccines.

Global News reported:

Justice Paul Rouleau, who released his 2,000-page final report on Friday, found that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government had met a “very high threshold” for invoking emergency laws after the failure of police and politicians to deal with the protests.

Invoking emergency law is a “draconian measure, but it is not a dictatorial one,” Rouleau wrote.

“When the decision was made to invoke (emergency law) on February 14, (2022) … a national emergency existed arising from a threat to the security of Canada. It was necessary to take special temporary measures,” Rulu told reporters in Ottawa on Friday.

Rouleau added that he did not reach the conclusion lightly and did so “reluctantly” and that reasonable people could have reached a different conclusion based on the 36 days of testimony and thousands of documents submitted to the commission.
